Flowers of the Desert presents their alter ego troupe Nightshade, first unleashed at Shimmy South in March 2007. They performed a Goth fusion dance celebrating strength in sisterhood. Flowers bloom in the day and at night; Nightshade celebrates beauty in darkness.

Poison Ivy: "Briars grow wild where her wings scrape the land...."
Narcissus: "To truly know me, you must embrace all sides of me - the light, the dark and all the shadows in between...."
